Service Description
Senior Mints is designed for teens ready for more advanced recreational aerial training. Students work toward more complex skills and sequences while developing strength, flexibility, performance quality and individual style. It's a space to train, challenge yourself and build confidence alongside other teens.

Cancellation Policy
Registration in the Mint Pole & Aerials Youth Program reserves your child’s space within their selected class. Class sizes are limited to provide safe, quality instruction and appropriate support for each student. 9-Month Commitment Youth registration is a **9-month commitment**. Monthly payments are offered as a convenient payment option and **do not represent a month-to-month membership**. Your child’s space is reserved specifically for them for the duration of the program. Because our classes have limited capacity, we may not be able to fill a space that becomes available partway through the season. Early Withdrawal We understand that circumstances can change. If you choose to withdraw your child before completing the 9-month commitment, you will be responsible for **50% of the remaining program fees**. For example, if four months remain in your commitment, you will be billed 50% of the fees for those four remaining months. Missed Classes Program fees reserve your child’s place in their class. Refunds or credits are not provided for missed classes due to illness, vacations, extracurricular activities, scheduling conflicts or other personal absences. If Mint must cancel a class due to weather, facility issues, instructor availability or another unexpected circumstance, families will be notified as soon as possible. Mint will determine when a make-up class or alternate accommodation is appropriate. Placement & Progression Registration does not guarantee advancement to another level, Elite Mints or Competition Elites. Progression is based on skill, safety, maturity, attendance, coachability, behaviour and instructor assessment. Registration Agreement By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and agree to this policy, including the **9-month commitment and the 50% early-withdrawal fee on remaining program fees**.
