Our policies are in place to protect the safety of our students, the integrity of our instructors’ time, and the sustainability of the studio.
By purchasing a membership or drop-in class, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Commitments

• All memberships are 12 month commitment-based and billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
• Membership terms cannot be shortened or terminated early without following the formal cancellation process.
• Memberships may not be paused, suspended, or placed on hold for vacation, seasonal breaks, scheduling conflicts, or personal time off.

If you choose to take a break, you must cancel your membership. Rejoining will require registration under current terms and pricing.

Membership Cancellation

• All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
info@mintpoleaerials.ca

• A $50 cancellation fee applies unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Membership termination is processed once the cancellation fee has been paid.
• Members who cancel and later rejoin are subject to current pricing. Previous pricing will not be honoured.

Drop-In Classes

• All drop-in purchases are non-refundable.
• Drop-ins are subject to the same booking, cancellation, and arrival policies as memberships.

Class Booking & Cancellations

• All bookings, cancellations, and rebookings must be completed through the studio app.
• We do not accept cancellations via email, text message, social media, or verbal notice.

Cancellation Requirements:
• Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the start time.
• Late cancellation (within 8 hours): loss of class credit + $5 fee.
• No-show: loss of class credit + $10 fee.

• Open sessions are considered a class and follow all booking and cancellation policies.

All fees must be paid before attending your next class.

​We understand that illness and life circumstances arise; however, fees will be applied when the cancellation and no-show policy is abused, not respected, or taken advantage of.

Arrival & Check-In Policy

• Students must arrive on time and complete check-in prior to the start of warm-up.
• If you arrive after warm-up has begun or fail to check in before warm-up, you will not be permitted to participate.
• This will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Proper warm-up is mandatory for safety and injury prevention.

Class Credits

• Unused class credits do not roll over, they are use them or loose them base.
• Missed classes due to late cancellation or no-show are forfeited.

Studio Conduct & Safety

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

• Arrive prepared and ready to participate.
• Respect instructors, fellow students, and equipment.
• Remove all jewelry prior to class.
• Wear appropriate attire for your apparatus.
• Clean equipment after use.
• Inform instructors of injuries or health concerns before class

• Students are not allowed to teach other students. If you are caught teaching other students you will be asked to leave class.

Studio Rights

Mint Pole & Aerials reserves the right to suspend, remove, or permanently ban any student at any time for behavior that does not align with studio policies, safety standards, respect for others, or studio values.

These policies exist to ensure the studio can continue operating responsibly and safely for all members of our community.
