Our studio is a space to reconnect with your body, build strength and confidence, and move in a way that feels empowering—not performative.
We focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment, with a strong emphasis on supporting and uplifting women. Whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, our classes meet you where you are.
Pole Fitness
Pole fitness is a powerful blend of strength, mobility, and flow. Classes focus on spins, climbs, holds, transitions, and choreography, all taught progressively and safely.
Pole helps build upper-body and core strength, body awareness, confidence, and grace—while also being a whole lot of fun. No experience required.
Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
Aerial hoop uses a suspended steel circle to explore poses, transitions, and sequences both in and around the hoop.
This class develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness. Expect a mix of conditioning, skill-building, and creative movement, with options for all levels.
Aerial Hammock (Sling)
Aerial hammock uses soft fabric to support the body through wraps, poses, inversions, and flowing sequences.
This apparatus is especially accessible for beginners while still offering depth and challenge. It’s great for building strength and flexibility, decompressing the spine, and exploring fluid, supported movement.
Fab Pole
Fab Pole is a low-flow, floor-based pole class focused on sensual movement, musicality, and self-expression.
This class emphasizes connection to the body, confidence, and intentional movement rather than tricks or inversions. Heels are optional. All levels welcome.
Specialty Workshops
In addition to weekly classes, we offer rotating specialty workshops throughout the year.
These may include skill-specific pole or aerial workshops, choreography, low flow, flexibility, conditioning, guest instructors, and themed experiences. Workshops are designed to help students explore movement in new ways and deepen their practice.
