Youth Aerial Program
Our youth aerial program is designed to build strength, confidence, creativity, and body awareness in a safe, supportive environment. Classes focus primarily on aerial hammock, with foundational exposure to hoop as students progress.
Students learn:

Basic entries, exits, holds, poses, spins, and combinations

Proper aerial safety and apparatus awareness

Strength, flexibility, coordination, and control
-
How to move with confidence, focus, and respect for their bodies
All classes are taught by experienced instructors who demonstrate skills, offer progressions and modifications, and prioritize safety above all else.
Program Breakdown
Tiny Mints
Ages 5–7 | Free Program
A playful introduction to aerial movement and body awareness.
Tiny Mints focuses on:

Exploring movement in the air

Building coordination and confidence
-
Learning to listen, follow direction, and move safely
This program is designed to be fun, low-pressure, and accessible for young movers.
Mini Mints
Ages 8–10 | Paid Program | 45-minute class
Mini Mints introduces structured aerial learning in a fun and encouraging environment.
Students begin learning:

Basic hammock skills and transitions

Simple poses and spins
-
Strength and flexibility foundations
-
Aerial safety and focus
This class builds the groundwork for future progression in aerial arts.
Junior Mints
Ages 11–13 | Paid Program | 45–50-minute class
Junior Mints builds on foundational skills with increased structure and challenge.
Students work on:

Stronger technique and execution

Longer combinations and transitions

Improved conditioning and control
-
Confidence in the air
This level encourages growth, discipline, and self-expression.
Senior Mints
Ages 14–17 | Coming Soon
Senior Mints will offer a more advanced youth track with:

Stronger focus on execution and consistency
This program is ideal for teens looking to deepen their aerial practice.
Elite Program
By Invitation / Assessment
The Elite Program is designed for students who show:

Strong understanding of technique

Consistent execution and focus

Readiness for structured conditioning
-
Interest in performance or competition
Elite students follow a more intentional training path and may work toward showcases, demos, and competitive opportunities.
What to Wear
For safety and comfort:

Wear form-fitting clothing that allows full movement
-
Avoid loose clothing, zippers, buttons, or jewelry
-
Hair should be tied back
This helps keep students safe and comfortable on the apparatus.
Parents & Guardians
We do have space for parents to stay, however we encourage drop-off when possible.
This helps:

Build student independence

Strengthen the instructor–student relationship

Keep focus on learning and safety
Classes include time at the end for photos or videos if your child would like to capture a skill.
Beyond Group Classes
We also offer one-on-one private sessions for students who:
